The Toledo Breastplate is made in dark brown colored leather with an a embossed basket weave pattern. Copper-finished berry buckles and conchos. Cherry colored leather latigo. Stainless steel hardware. The purpose of the breast collar is to stabilize the saddle and prevent the saddle from sliding back. For the ideal look, there is matching Toledo Headstall, Toledo Split Reins, and Toledo 'Spur Straps.
The leather is so supple and my favorite part is that the short option is actually short enough for me. Usually my half chaps dig into the back of my knee because they are too long. These are perfect length and so nice.
I love this rubber port you can add to a broken bit, works great with my mare to help her keep her tongue under the bit.

I’m 4’10 with big calves and it’s been nearly impossible to find half chaps that fit me. But the extra short chaps are a blessing! I FINALLY found quality half chaps that fit me and are wonderful to ride with. I can’t recommend it enough!!
